Step 1.
Showroom Visit
Visit our showroom to explore or wide range of cabinets, accessories, worktops and appliances while discussing your ideas with one of our expert designers.
This first consultation helps us understand your space, lifestyle and budget.
Step 2.
Home Measure & Survey
Before designs are finalised, a member of the team visits the home to take precise measurements and assess the space.
This allows the designer to consider room dimensions and layout, plumbing and electrical locations, natural light and structural constraints and opportunities for layout improvements.
This ensures the design is accurate and achievable from the outset.
Step 3.
Kitchen Design & Concept
Using the information gathered from the showroom consultation and home survey, the design team creates a tailored kitchen layout.
This includes cabinet styles and finishes, appliance selection, worktop materials, storage solutions, and lighting plans.
Customers are then invited to review their 3D kitchen design (VR headset provided for free) and refine details.
Step 4.
Design Review & Refinement
Clients return to the showroom to review the design and make adjustments.
At this stage you can compare finishes and colours, adjust layouts or storage, select appliances and accessories and finalise worktop choices.
The aim is to ensure the kitchen perfectly reflects the your taste and lifestyle.
Step 5.
Placing Your Order
Once the design is approved a full quotation is prepared, appliances, cabinets and worktops are specified, installation timelines are confirmed and a lead time is provided for when installation begins.
Step 6.
Pre-Installation Preparation
Before installation begins your project coordinator confirms schedules, materials and cabinetry are ordered and installation teams are coordinated.
Customers receive a clear timeline so they know exactly what to expect and when.
Step 7.
Structural Work & Preparation
Before work begins, your surveyor and project manager will introduce themselves and oversee the entire process. Your builders will prepare the space by removing the existing kitchen and completing any structural work or flooring required. Electricians will update wiring for appliances and lighting, replacing the fuse board if needed to meet Part P regulations. Plastering will then be completed to ensure the room is ready for installation.
We work with trusted local builders and are happy to recommend experienced teams if required.
Step 8.
Kitchen Installation
If required, plumbers and Gas Safe engineers will first prepare the pipework and carry out any necessary changes to your heating system, such as relocating radiators, adjusting pipework, or installing a gas supply for a hob.
Our installers will then fit your new kitchen units and appliances. Once the units are in place, the stone mason will take precise measurements (for solid surface worktops) so your worktops can be cut to fit perfectly.
Our cabinets feature fully enclosed tops, helping to prevent dust and debris entering the units while your worktops are being prepared.
Step 9.
Aftercare & Lifetime Guarantee
Once installation is complete, the team remains available for support.
